Yoga in the Garden

Get away from your daily tasks, join Tsipora Berman in a breathing, walking, stretching, strengthening exploration within the Oregon Garden. Tsipora Berman will; guide you through a multi-sensory, transformative, interdisciplinary yoga experience connecting Eco-Psychology, Physics, Neuroscience, Biology, Ecology, and the Arts, using a variety of mind/body practices. Learn how you can use curbs, trees, stairs, chairs and benches for yoga.

No materials required.  Wear comfortable clothes and bring water, if you'd like!

The purchase of a ticket includes Garden admission, feel free to wander and enjoy the Garden after yoga, or bring a picnic to enjoy!

Tsipora Claudia Berman, M.Ed. ERYT, RSMET is a 50-year master Holistic Educator, E-RYT (15,000+ teaching hours) and Registered Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist (ISMEATA) as well as a science educator for pre-service and in-service teachers, holding a B.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Michigan, a M.Ed. Holistic Education from Antioch New England University and certificates in Kripalu Yoga and Yoga Dance, Reiki, Breema, Positional Release Therapy, Somatic Movement Education and Somatic Movement Therapy, and Shamanic Healing. Her movement training also includes Body-Mind Centering, Improvisational Dance, Contact Improv, Authentic Movement, Developmental Movement, Evolutionary Movement, 5 Rhythms, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Bioenergetics, Hakomi Methods of Expressive Therapy, Restorative, Vinyasa Flow, Insight Mediation and a wide variety of healing arts and fine arts. Her continued 50-year Interdisciplinary study of Science and Consciousness is integrated into her courses.
