Compost Workshop

Learn about the science of composting, decorate a flower pot and build a compost pile!

Composting is a fascinating process that converts all kinds of materials into healthy soil filled with beneficial microbes, which is great for your garden.

We will start out the class learning all about the science of compost, and how to create your own compost that can be used in your yard.

Next we will decorate ceramic flower pots with our own personal touches. Finally, we will build a real compost pile in the OR Gardens new composting area.
