These Saturday in-person gatherings offer a welcoming space to slow down, reflect, and connect through the art of mindfulness. Held weekly from 2:00–3:30 pm at the Silverton Arts Association, each session includes gentle movement, a guided talk on a weekly mindfulness topic, periods of still or walking meditation, and an optional opportunity to share reflections in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Comfortable seating is provided, and participants are welcome to bring cushions or mats.
